On August 11, 2018 the Payne Street Team attended the 34th Cattlemen’s RoundUp in Edinburg, Texas.
This benefit was held at the Edinburg Livestock Auction grounds. This benefit was used to raise money for the Driscoll Children’s Hospital. According to the Driscoll Children’s website, “local 4-H clubs, Future Farmers of America chapters, county extension agents and businesses participate by donating goods and services to auction off for the hospital.” [X]
Payne provided our very own Chris Marshall of the band, Marshall Law, to be auctioned off for the benefit. Chris was able to garner $1600 in bids for the Driscoll Children’s Hospital!
All of the proceeds from this benefit will go toward construction a North Pavillion on the hospital grounds. This building will be two-story, 70,000-square-feet and the new center for Outpatient Surgery Center and will modernize the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
