The season is about to get started and even though 2020 hasn’t allowed us to get together like we usually do, Chevrolet and Payne Weslaco Chevrolet are going to continue to do their part to encourage youth sports.
Part of being able to support our local community’s youth sports is being able to offer equipment, uniforms and a $500 donation to get the season started. Whether that be to motivate the teams with zoom workouts, social distancing practices or team lunches/snacks.
The league will also be given a chance to earn more money by selling tickets to win a NEW Chevrolet SUV in a nationwide contest! The tickets will be sold based through team members of the Weslaco Youth league and prices are dictated as how the coach deems fitting to budget for what the team needs this softball season.
We will be holding a test drive later in the fall at our Payne Weslaco Chevrolet location where the local community can purchase these tickets and their test drives can go to contribute to the team’s athletic expenses. Be on the lookout for your invitation!
