The Friends for Hope 14th Annual Benefit Concert hosted at Las Palmas Race Track on November 10, 2018.

The Friends for Hope Benefit Concert theme was Heroes and Outlaws. Chris Marshall of the Payne Street Team was in attendance and provided music for attendees and was part of the auction as well, raising $1500.

This benefit raised money for the Vannie Cook’s Children Cancer and Hematology Clinic. Guests were treated to music, food, a live and silent auction and a concert featuring Cory Morrow and Asleep at the Wheel.

The Vannie Cook’s Children’s Cancer and Hematology Clinic treats children in South Texas who suffer from cancer and blood disorders.

The Vannie E. Cook Jr. Children’s Cancer and Hematology Clinic, a joint effort of the Vannie E. Cook Jr. Cancer Foundation, Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Cancer Center is the region’s first state-of-the-art pediatric hematology/oncology clinic.
