Since August of 2018, Payne Auto Group introduced a tool called Rate Your Experience. Within this tool, customers of the Payne Auto Group are able to text “Regardless” to 313131 and rate their experience with their salesman, the service, and overall dealership experience.
As the months passed and the reviews started coming in, one name stood out above them all. One name, throughout the entire Payne Auto Group, surpassed others: Roger Davila.
Roger Davila is currently a salesman at Payne Brownsville Volkswagen and has been in the automotive industry since he was 19-years-old. Davila is no stranger to excellence as he has multiple Top Salesman awards under his belt.
“It’s about building relationships not just selling cars,” Davila says. “I love to make people smile. Our world is full of hate, it feels good to put a smile on someone’s face.”
