From December 6th – 10th the city of Weslaco is commemorating 100 years with its 100th Anniversary Celebration. This 5-day long celebration contains everything from cultural performances, food, art and vendor exhibits, BBQ cookoff, music performances, and much more all across the city of Weslaco.
On December 8th, Payne Street Team’s Chris Marshall helped bring in the celebration in Downtown Historic Weslaco. Playing country and rock tunes for the crowd, Chris filled Historic Downtown Weslaco with music. Chris also emceed the Pet Parade, a tradition that Weslaco has celebrated for more than 60 years.
